Written on the 24 March 2020 by Toby SailAs the effects of COVID-19 (coronavirus) continue to impact the lives of us all, we want to update you on what we are doing to support you, your health and safety, and your needs during this difficult time. We are working hard to develop effective ways to continue to deliver our services and products to you with a minimum of delay
Following advice from the Australian Government Chief Medical Officer and the Department of Health (www.health.gov.au) we have implemented preventative hygiene measures and social distancing across our business. We have also reinforced our policy that staff stay away from work should they feel unwell or show symptoms of cold, fever, or flu. We respectfully ask our customers and their employees to do the same when planning to visit our sites.
Weighbridge Operation incoming and outgoing products
All weighbridge dockets will be printed from the yellow box situated on the weighbridge. All drivers will be required to step out of the truck, walk around the back of the truck to obtain a docket from the yellow box. There is another intercom button next to the yellow box.
If you are a credit card customer, we can take credit card payments over the telephone and email dockets and receipts to you.
